Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.

"Terrible customer service and felt like a burden to ask for resolution"

Breakfast option

During check in there was a mistake and instead of checking me in, checked someone else in and mixed our information. This was just a mistake and while it took a while, no big deal. We went to our room and discovered the locking mechanism that should be in the wall was missing so our room was unable to lock. When first reporting this I was told well we are sold out so nothing we can do to which I replied that I was not staying in a room incapable of locking. After quite a period of time we were able to switch rooms. The room we were in had dust all over the phone, alarm clock etc. There was old food still in the refrigerator. Absolutely terrible experience for the $242 I spent and I wish I would have requested a refund and went to another hotel. Will never be back.
