Occidental Menorca

Lovely hotel and staff. Food good in restaurant. Nice vibe but! It's geared up for All Inclusive leaving Half Board Guests to subsidise those on AI. Two G&T in a plastic cup 17.5 euro? Larios Gin and a 2.80e for the pump top up lemonade or tonic? C'mon disgraceful. 3e for small beer. Best value was Baileys and Brandy 8.80 euros for two good measures. Continuely had to go to Reception as no tea coffee and or milk left in room. Even no towels on one occasion. Swarms of flies around pool bar the type you see in African states that perch anywhere on or about you. Even in the dining room. Nice firm comfy bed and pillows. Wardrobe hangers are wider than wardrobe space so your clothes jam against the doors if at right angles to sliding doors. Filthy disgusting never cleaned residue under toilet roll holder flap. Even had towel with holes in it on one day.

We had a fantastic time at the Occidental Menorca thanks to the incredible staff. The animation team is truly outstanding. A special shout-out to Letizia for her energy and enthusiasm! The mini-disco was the highlight of the evening for the Kids. The whole team deserves compliments for the professional amazing shows, especially Giada, Moana, Fabiana, Pipe, and Cappuccino. Thanks for making our holiday so much fun. The service at the bars and restaurant was equally excellent. Eugenio behind the bar, always serving drinks with a friendly smile. And the restaurant service from Juan, Antonio, and Jesus was attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended for a great family holiday!

Super hôtel familial, literie très confortable. Nous avons adoré les animations du soir. Les repas étaient variés et de très bonne qualité. Nous n’avons pas été déçus et avons très fortement appréciés notre séjour.

Les chambres mériteraient une meilleure isolation ainsi qu’un rafraîchissement surtout au niveau de la salle de bain.

La ubicación es genial, está a pocos metros de la playa, tiene cerca para de autobús y supermercados, farmacia y restaurantes cerca. El hotel en si está genial, las piscinas, la habitación, las comidas, las animaciones, es imposible aburrirte. La habitación tenía una terraza que daba a la piscina. El personal del hotel super amables y atentos con todo. Alquilamos un día un coche para dar una vuelta por la isla y lo cogimos directamente allí en el hotel y lo soltamos allí también. Para ir al aeropuerto nos reservaron ellos el taxi.

La habitación tenía poca luz y por la noche se veía poco, las sillas de la terraza estaban rotas y había un enchufe que no funcionaba. El horario de comidas, que es un horario inglés y tanto el almuerzo como la cena terminaban muy pronto, a las 15.00 y a las 21.00.

El bufé muy variado, todo el personal muy atentos y agradables y mención en especial a grupo de animación.

Creo que falta baños en la zona de piscina

On the whole very good, could be better if the got shut of the noisy entertainment that nobody was interested in.

Reception very helpful and friendly and provided us with our room request, Food was good selection for all tastes All staff polite, friendly and helpful Been coming to this hotel for a few years now and looking forward to coming again next year

Emplacement, petit déjeuner correct

Un peu usine, restaurantimmenseet bruyant, ménage non fait dans la chambre, obligé de demander à la réception.

Le buffet, le personnel, la propreté et les piscines!!!!

Je dirai qu’il manque légèrement de musique entre 18h et 21h. Manque un peu à l’apéritif!!! Je pense revenir en espérant avoir la même chambre! Vu sur piscine car les autres balcons sont très proches des bâtiments en face.
