Occidental Ibiza - All Inclusive

L’hôtel était très beau, les chambres confortables. Les buffets étaient très variés et bons. Nous n’avons pas pu tout utiliser car nous nous sommes beaucoup promener. Mais on aimerait revenir pour plus profiter de l’hôtel en lui même.

La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel a été adorable, toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins. Mention spéciale également pour le buffet, qui était vraiment très bon, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits variés pour tous les goûts. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !”

I travelled from London, and my childhood friend came from Stockholm, and we met in Ibiza for three nights at Occidental Ibiza to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. At reception, Raquel and Oscar were especially kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our arrival and stay feel very smooth and pleasant. For my friend’s birthday, we requested a gluten-free cake, and the kitchen team kindly prepared it beautifully for us. The ladies in the kitchen were incredibly sweet and attentive—unfortunately I don’t know their names, but I’m truly grateful for their effort. We also asked for a bottle of champagne to film a small Instagram celebration video, and the restaurant manager—such a polite and gentlemanly person—generously offered it to us complimentary, which we really appreciated. It’s a shame I don’t know the names of all the other staff members who helped us, because everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and professional. The food had great variety, was fresh, and very tasty throughout our stay. Our room was also excellent, with a large terrace and a beautiful view over both the hotel pools and the sea. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back again.

The food was amazing, the room was small but good. All facilities were good. Everything was good.

Champagne was extra. LOL
