Good breakfast, nice room, great location. Easy hotel to stay in.

No full length mirror, no magnifying mirror and washroom. No ironing board and iron.

"We had a great stay."

Room, hotel overall and breakfast food service were all exceptionally clean. Location was very convenient to Royal BC Museum, inner harbour, and restaurants.

We had booked a superior suite and because of some misunderstanding between Booking and the hotel, there were none at all. Instead, the hotel gave us 2 adjoining rooms, one with a kitchenette. They advised us as soon as we booked, but we decided not to cancel.

Bed was super comfortable; the breakfast was buffet was a bit above average, and in our case the room had just been refurbished, so all was fresh and new. Location was super convenient to all the downtown attractions.

We were upgraded to a newly renovated room, and really enjoyed the options offered for breakfast each day. They were happy to offer a gluten free option as well, though couldn't accommodate no cross-contamination.

Nothing! We would be happy to stay here again.

"We would definitely stay here again."

We had a room with a city view - excellent! The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean - a bit small, but actually had enough room for an older hotel which has been refurbished/kept up well. Breakfast was very good - started the day out right. Even had umbrellas for guests on a rainy day. The location was perfect for us - we walked from the ferry - was very close to bus service and had a good time checking out the local statues, monuments, and sights.
