The most tranquil atmosphere - so relaxing, surrounded by greenery, it felt as if we were In the forest. Beautifully quiet - so nice not to be among the throngs of tourists at the big hotels. Great staff - a wonderful hotel to unwind and relax at.

A little bit of maintenance needed around the pool. Not easy to get anywhere without a driver or the shuttle bus.

Nice pool.

Didnt get the room configuration we requested. Asked for 2 rooms next to each other on ground level due to older guest and a toddler but got top floor rooms so too many stairs. Beds were hard. Water pressure in showers poor. Poor ability to communicate in English.
