Loved this place! Staff very kind, friendly, wanting to do a great job, they were excellent. The food for an all inclusive very good. Lots of activity and things to do, sometimes the activities didn't happen, but so much to offer. Some of the property is a little dated. Some people would be bothered by airport nearby, really was a non-issue for us. Beach lovely. The quality and breadth of alcoholic choices not great, and drink serving size small. We have stayed at more expensive and higher-rated places in St. Lucia, and had worse food and service. Great staff.
Never stayed in a resort without a television, but it made the tranquility noticeable. Otherwise a great trip and stay

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was a serene getaway, and I was able to disconnect and reset as planned. The ONLY thing I would recommend would be more lively entertainment for younger guests. It seems that it is a resort that caters more to retirees; however, other 40-something year olds, like myself, would likely appreciate more energy on the weekend. I had to leave the resort for entertainment. The staff was amazing, personable, warm, and engaging.
The staff …Glen , Sean, Matilda , Shamma were all staff who stood out ..the champagne bar was excellent
All staff at the property are,without exception, friendly, helpful and very professional.
Outstanding customer service, fun and friendly staff. The dinning options were fantastic and very well prepared. Plenty to do at the resort if you desire. It was a very relaxed environment, we felt completely taken care of. We look forward to visiting again.
Attentive friendly staff. Food quality was good. My only negative is dinner doesn't start until 7:30. I'm usually heading for bed at that time.
