Staff were extremely nice, helpful, kind. For an older building, the cleaning staff to be commended.

Room kept filling with smell of smoke & incense, burned to disguise. Also A/C fan/fins rattled each time it started up. Both woke me a lot. Reported both. AC not fixed. Gave me smoke spray to spray.

I didn’t like that I requested a downstairs room because of disability and I Was told the better rooms are upstairs . If they could fix up the downstairs rooms like the upstairs it would be better

big bed, very clean room. quiet area of the complex. room was cleaned a few times during the stay. close to food places. which gave large choice of foods to get.

the Wi-Fi, kept dropping. also, someone was putting / copying my ip address. hacking / scamming program kept detecting it. had to relog into the Wi-Fi, and changed the laptops coding. people in a neighboring apartment complex kept playing very loud music each night. up until 10 pm.

Nothing!! This building should be condemned.

The room was dirty. Smelled like natural gas. Stains. Musty smell. Front desk was rude. Jacuzzi jets didn't work. No hand soap.
