A good half hour walk down to the main town, and longer to get up again One key for the two of us and the keyring had the air con / electric key welded on, so if it was taken by one party the other person could not use the air con or electricity in the apartment

It is a very comfortable apartment for 5 people. We enjoyed our stay!

It’s a bit small for a mid size SUV to park. The location of the apartment also requires you to have a car. It is not very walkable to any places nearby.

difficulty and access to public transportation. If you have a car this is the best place or in best health to go up and down the stairs to town.

Beautiful little lemon farm that is above Sorrento, quiet spacious and relaxing. The space is clean, modern and well laid out and appointed. The rooms are bright and there is a nice patio. It is about a 20 minute walk to Sorrento, so nice and close but so quiet at night. There is a nice restaurant a 5 minute walk away with a gorgeous view and nice food. Also loved the dog there who is so friendly and will chase after lemons.

Really all was good. Minor thing was that it would have been nice to have soap for the washing machine (hard to travel with) but the land lady gave us some so we could do laundry.

This was a very nice, clean apartment, exactly as advertised and on a beautiful property. The owner and the property manager were both great and very responsive. We made good use of the kitchen facilities as well as the washing machine in the unit (no dryer but there is a drying rack and we let our clothes dry overnight). When we noticed there was no detergent for the washing machine we texted the apartment manager and the owner of the property very kindly swung by and dropped some off. We didn't use it but it's very helpful that there is a grocery delivery service as well as a couple of restaurants that will deliver to the property if you just want to stay in. There is information about it in the apartment. If you want to be right on the water or right in the heart of downtown Sorrento then this property would be a bit far. This could be a pro or a con depending on what you're looking for. It's about a ten to fifteen minute drive depending on traffic. We had a driver most days so it wasn't an issue for us. The couple times we went into town on our own we were able to arrange a taxi in advance. Our VRBO host was very helpful with this and we never had a problem or delay getting a taxi while in town to get back to the apartment. FYI, the cost of the taxi's ranged from 40 - 50 Euros one way depending on where in town we wanted to be let off or where we were picked up from. There is a walking path that we didn't try so if you're not in a rush and you are in good shape (the property is on a hill) then walking is an option as well.

As mentioned, being slightly above the main town of Sorrento could be either a pro or a con depending on what you're looking for.
