"Hotel was nice. Staff? Not so much."

Room was super clean and furniture was nice, but the tv remote didn't work to turn the TV on and when I called the front desk, he came out and was rather brusque about it (he had been very nice up 'til then). He also got onto me for moving a small table nearer to where I was eating so that I could put my dinner on it. When he walked out after this episode, he simply left the door wide open and never said anything. The hotel itself was nice (except for the remote issue); staff, not so much. I understand if he didn't like me moving the table (I was going to put it back as soon as I was done eating), but he could have been a LOT nicer about the way he communicated that to me.

It is the only hotels.com hotel in Fordyce. We have stayed there before. This time it was disappointing that we had to go to the front desk twice to get the TV working. The room had an empty face tissue box. And there was no milk for the dry cereal.

"CREDIT CARD FRAUD."

Original price

I was charged additional charges on TWO CREDIT CARDS. I used a card to reserve the rooms and another to pay for the rooms. BOTH OF THESE CARDS WERE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $100.80 . I've contacted the motel, then Wyndhan, then Booking.com. Booking.com gave me a complaint form. I filled it out for the card I reserved the rooms. NO RESPONSE. asked for a second one for the other credit card charged and then again NO RESPONSE. THESE TWO ROOMS FOR ONE COST ME $400 FOR ONE NIGHT. I AM EXTREMELY PISSED AND WILL NEVER USE, RECOMMEND ANY PARTY INVOLVED. DAYS INN WYNDHAN OR BOOKING.COM

Roaches. Management rude Manager rude told us to leave. Dirty. Told us to leave totally disgusting Horrible sad. Shower don't work no costumer service no concern about sanity no care for customer safety mana called me a liar and a drunk after i showed him the picture of the coaches and showed him a new one on the showet he accused me of bringing it and I had nor unpacked
