The price and cleanliness of the room was good. The hotel is older and it shows, but they have done improvements on the place to help modernize it.

There wasn't an elevator to the second floor. We had a ton of luggage and coolers so it wasn't fun going up and down the stairs with heavy baggage. Also, the floor in the hall of the second floor felt soft. I wasn't sure if I was going to go through it or not. It held up fine, but it is a bit questionable.

Location.

Not clean, I had to clean the hair out of the rub before using, the bathroom floor hadn’t been swept (other peoples hair was visible), I also cleaned coffee off the walls and very visible finger print smudges off the bathroom door.

Toilet was very difficult to flush, ac unit was extremely loud, and tv didn’t work.

Severely musty rooms. Bed bugs!

Clean, room was functionable, staff very helpful.

The room needed to cleaned better. Hair dryer still has stoco on it. Not horrible but now worry what else had not been cleaned

The room had a bad muscky odor.

Room was always made fresh towels and ample time to check in. Breakfast was available for those who wanted it which was nice.
