Super 8 by Wyndham Chickasha

Room was great and bathroom was remodeled and very nice. EXTREMELY rude desk employee. Simply tried asking about why I was showing 3 pending charges for one single night and kept getting an attitude. Had received a text from Wyndham upon checking telling me to reply if I had any needs. Had texted about the triple pending charge with no reply. When I asked the desk employee he was curt and said we NEVER SEND TEXT MEDSAGES LIKE THAT! I even showed him the message on my phone. So it’s understandable that this location may not be participating in this text program but they need to remove that somehow from texting guests and the employee could have used an entirely different tone instead of being defensive. I was very kind and friendly to him even though he treated me as if I was some horrible person for inquiring about these things. Needs to be retrained in hospitality and guest services. Aside from that the stay was very nice.

Horrible. Checking in was strange, at best. After a long day, needed to put my 4 year old into his bed asap. I pulled back the sheets and found the bed was full of pubic hairs. Managed to stop the staff member on the corridor and get some clean sheets. When finally got to bed, cannabis starting coming in through the AC. This morning went to turn the shower on and the handle dropped off and smacked my foot. All in all, a great night.

There was a strong floral smell in the room. It wasn't bad just a bit too strong for anyone with allergies

There at the side entrance, there is a small step that I fell on a few times.

Well one I was required to put down a 100$ cash only deposit 2 as I was laying down to sleep the people next to us had a knock down drag out and some one was beating up a woman in the next room and called the front desk and was told they was checking out well went on called again an was told they was leaving I said lady in there was telling him to stop an it was a knock out drag out and I heard their stuff being thrown around they let it go on for hr hr an a half so I left an got my deposit back but was charged for a 2 night stay i didn’t get to sleep an was there maybe 3hrs
