Condesa de Chinchón

De locatie is in een leuk stadje met een imposant groot plein ver van alle grote wegen. Het hotel is een groot gebouw in typisch Spaanse stijl. Gelukkig wel met parkeergarage en lift. Het personeel was aardig en correct. De kamer was keurig met twee grote eenpersoonsbedden met goede matrassen. De badkamer was netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt was compleet en goed verzorgd.

Gelukkig heb ik geen punten die ons tegenvielen. Alleen dat niet verteld is dat het restaurant dat bij het hotel hoort aan het grote plein ligt. Als je daar iets gaat eten, je dan korting krijgt.

Eche en falta un secador con difusor, en mi opinión deberían tener un par de ellos aunque sea para prestar bajo fianza. Mejoraría gel baño...

Todo, personal super amable, el sitio y el encanto que tiene el hotel. Un jardín y salones comunes muy acogedores y tranquilos. También destacar el desayuno tan variado y rico que tienen.

El aire acondicionado costaba mucho encenderlo y apagarlo, y las toallas tenían alguna mancha amarillenta. Aún así repetiría encantada.

Está en el centro del pueblo. La habitación incluía plaza de parking subterráneo con acceso directo desde el hotel, lo que se agradece cuando haya 34°. Habitación amplia, el baño grande con ventana. El desayuno muy variado jamón cortado de buena calidad, panes variados y bollería fresca entre otros.nos ofrecieron un plano con todo lo que visitar y recomendaciones para comer y cenar

La TV debía ser de 24"/27" un pelín pequeña. En el desayuno no me gustó demasiado el zumo y el café, eran de maquina y los sabores se notan artificiales. Por buscar opciones de mejora porque la valoración generall es muy buena.

hotel lovely, far far better than online information and photos indicated (please re-do your images online - they dont do you justice at all!). Staff were amazing - really went out of their way to be helpful and informative, and always there! Loved the terrace but shame there is no real bar operating - that is definitely missing from the offer.

our bed wasnt made up into a double, and part of it collapsed after 1 night. It was remedied, but think these need renewing. There needs to be a mirror in the bedroom please - the one in the bathroom is too far away over the depth of the sink to apply makeup! Also for hairdrying you need to be in the bedroom so the other guest in the room can use the bathroom.
