"We stay at hotels all the time for tournaments. We will never stay at this one again."

It was convenient.

The staff was rude. Both night and day staff. The pool was locked with a padlock. It said it opened at noon but refused to open it until 1pm. We requested 12pm checkout. They initially said yes but then decided not to honor it. Our door didn’t shut easily. We had to slam it shut and then the lock didn’t latch. They only gave me two towels and got stingy on asking for 1 more. The air didn’t get cold and he never came to look at it.

"Painted Over Mold"

The room they put us in had obvious painted over mold issues. The front desk ladies were helpful but the ‘maintenance man’ who turned out to be the GM’s husband would do nothing other than give us an email to file a complaint with his wife. Avoid this hotel.

"Great stay with one exception"

Nice, clean room and bathroom. TV with DirecTV streaming. Closet area had plenty of hangers, iron and ironing board. Shower was hot with great water pressure. Washer and dryer in guest laundry room required quarters, which the front desk made available. Worked great! Pool was good, except for rail that is used to help you enter the pool. It was very loose. Use caution! Everything else was great!
