Hilton Garden Inn Queens/JFK Airport

The only thing i didnt like about my stay is that there did not have parking space at the hotel had to park on the street

Clean, courteous and near the airport for out early flight

There was a really strong smoke smell in our room. As a Hilton member I'm used to getting free water at checkin. This property said you only got something if you were a silver member or above.

Generally a fine stay, staff friendly and helpful room clean and stocked. Big complaints with the “hvac” which was ineffective and rattled like a Sherman tank. The most disappointing thing was the TV reception. We are Vikings fans and Emmy watchers and both channels were at best pixelated and often went down completely.

The AC didn't work in our room and we got a fan instead. So we slept in a warm room for $380 a night. Hilton should have a look at this hotel..

The property was quiet and I felt safe.

Parking was very expensive for guest.
