"Everything was good, bar service let it down unfortunately"

The convenience, cleanliness and staff friendly

The service in the bar was awful , don’t know if we caught them on a bad day but waiting 20 minutes to be served is ridiculous

"Great, convenient airport hotel"

Excellent staff greeted us at reception. Helpful staff in the fitness centre and great service in the restaurant! Nice open plan bar area. Quick and easy access to the airport.

No net curtain on main window for privacy, Nespresso coffee only decaf offered in the room. We were told to use hotel towels for the pool then ended up with very wet chlorine towels.

Was under the impression you got a welcome bottle of water when arrived, but didn’t. We were really hot from the journey. It’s the little things..

"VERY DISAPPOINTING"

The level of cleanliness in the room I was given was not good.. Carpet was thread bare in places. ( I have photographs to prove this) Bathroom most definitely could have been cleaner. Fridge, kettle and other amenities were again unacceptable.. Had I been staying more than a few hours ( to get sleep) One has to say the bed sheets were clean( about the only positive about this hotel) I would have asked for another room.. However on speaking to two other guests en route to the Airport,, there experience had been the same…
