Hotel Cambridge

Non mi è piaciuto che le prime file di ombrelloni in spiaggia fossero occupate costantemente solo con stracci o giocattoli e magari nessuno dei proprietari si facesse vedere tutto il giorno! Gli ombrelloni devono essere occupati dalle persone e non dagli oggetti!

Rund um ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Super freundlich, sehr aufmerksam! (Kleine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag am Zimmer gehabt) Es fehlt an nichts

Das die Zimmer am letzten Tag um 7.45 lautstark sauber gemacht wurden für die Neuankömmlinge.

Pool is great, heated, clean, full with whirlpools. Parking also nice, next to the hotel and shaded. Big safe in the room and lots of sockets to charge your devices.

It is a 4* hotel at the beach for a price more than 250 EUR/night. This is not cheap. So for that amount of money and for the reason that it is a 4* hotel, I expect a little more luxury and politeness or “courting”. (And no, I am not a snob, I had been in camping too, slept on bus to travel by night, it is that if you pay this amount of money and decide to give yourself the luxury to accomodate in a 4* hotel directly on the beach, you expect something for it.) The room is clean, but small. The end of the bed is approx 50 cm away from the wall of the bathroom. Air conditioning: something is dripping inside of it, which is at night is annoying. But if you switch it off, room is very hot. Bathroom: very outdated regarding it is a 4* hotel. Fridge: nice to have, but shouldn’t a 4* hotel offer a full minibar? Wifi: horrible, really. Slow and disconneting frequently. Breakfast: completly self-service. Even you have to pick up the napkin and cutlery from the big table. Strange… and that is where I came up with “courting”. Waiters running around with refills (good), but literally noone said a hello, no smile…anything. Unpolite feeling. (I have not eaten dinner there, so no opinion.) Reception: same. They were polite while I checked in, but not a smile, no friendly feeling. Sunbeds: on the beach is free (good), but next to pool you have to book them (very advance to have). Booking beds is not a bad thing, but paying extra 5 EUR/bed/day is ridiculous regarding these room prices.

We can not sleep next to it, and something is dripping inside of it, which is at night is annoying. But if you switch it off, room is very hot. I am a light sleeper, so I do not sleep more than 2 hours bevause of the noise snd hot. (Yes, my problem, I know). Bathroom: very outdated regarding it is a 4* hotel. Wifi: horrible, really. Slow and disconneting frequently. Positive: big safe, lots of sockets to charge your devices. Breakfast: completly self-service. Even you have to pick up the napkin and cutlery from the big table. Parking: positive, under a shade ne T to the hotel. Pool: heated, nice and clean. But negative: you have to book sunbeds very early if you want some, and you have to PAY 5 EUR/sunbed, which is a bad joke. All in all, I have expected more and will not come back to this hotel.
