The location had a lot of close by stores and restaurants. We were here for a tourney and it was very close to the location! Room was very comfy and spacious!

So there was signage saying they were under construction which gave us the head up if some things were not 100 percent fine we understood. There was buttons missing from the couch and the handle came off the restroom door but again we didn’t mind as long as the front knew it wasn’t us. The only thing that really bothered us was there was NO hot water. We called the front desk to inform them they said “check again in 5 min.” We checked again in 10 min still no hot water so we called again and they said the owner resetting the water heater . We had to wait anywhere between 35/45 min to take a hot shower

The staff was very diligent when placing my mother and I near each other as a request. Also when it came to noise complaints at night they handled them quickly.

Traffic noise, construction, hard to get in and out of, only one entrance worked, could hear stomping of feet above and felt from next door.
