The room’s beautiful sea view.

Although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, we were not able to access our room until after 3:00 PM and had to wait in the lobby for about an hour. Each time we asked, we were told the room would be ready in 5–10 minutes, but it wasn't, as cleaning had not been completed due to the hotel being very busy. They told us they would be unable to offer any compensation, such as a late check-out, for the inconvenience caused by the delay.
