Just horrible all around

The lady on reception was incredible!!!! So friendly, helpful and accommodating, she even used her personal uber account to order us a taxi when mine wouldn’t work….her English accent was great too!!! We’ll definitely come back!

Staff and service was wonderful. Older building but charming and close to downtown Nash. The immediate neighborhood isn't too good, but that's not what I was there for -- as I said it's close to everything downtown and THAT is what I was there for. :) I'd stay at the Drake again for sure.

We booked a non smoking room, but when we arrived they told us that they don't have any non smoking rooms left. They wanted to put us in a smoking room,, but we couldn't stand the smell there. Therefore we decided to not stay here and look for another accomodation. The staff was very nice though and apologized for the mix-up.

The place is a literal dump. The staff is nice. Uber doesn’t want to pick you up here. They overcharged me $10. It was supposed to be $106. Then they said there is a $3 charge for paying with a credit card. So it should have been $110.53 after room tax and fee and the charge is for $120 and some change. I was embarrassed to stay at this dump.

Parking was good area was decent

We went in room and saw roach bugs on the floor so we went got a refund.

Horrible. 1st room they gave us, stunk of cigarettes. Asked for a new room & the mold was overwhelming. Broken switches, filthy tub, no globe on ceiling light, broken door step....

The motel was perfect for what we were looking for. It had a jacuzzi in the room..that was most important to us. The rooms were good.. only complaint I had was refrigerator didn't work..staff was friendly and it's very close to downtown..

I am reluctant to post this, but I will anyway. The staff were amazing in responding to problems we had. Both the TV & hot tub weren’t working, but a maintenance man quickly to address the issues. The toilet in Bathroom barely flushed. & All the electrical outlets were “loose” I wan unable to charge my phone cause the charge was barely able to stay plugged in. Overall, I would not be returning , & staying downtown at more modern, operational rooms.
