The pool area is cute and the staff are nice

The address and location sent me to a completely different place, the wifi never worked, theres no hot water, almost no light in the room, the noise from the second floor to the first was way too much, there were ice blocks falling in the bed from the ac, the mattress was on pretty bad shape, and there were quite a few bugs in the room.

Доброжжелательность персонала, подсказали где перекусить, дали дополнительно 2 бутылки воды

Ванная комната могла бы быть чище, кровати достаточно жесткие

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The place is cute. It's not high end but it's very clean and there are some nice Frida touches!

Ruhiger Aufenthalt, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Es gab keine Moskitonetze am Bett oder an der Tür. Dafür gab es viele Moskitos. Wir mussten im geschlossenen Raum schlafen, was bei der Hitze ätzend war.

Las instalaciones,solo que se fue el agua varias veces,el suelo estaba muy mojado,una de las cabañas,tenía la coladera tapada y se inundó el baño..

Que se tapo la coladera del baño y fue muy molesto por qué se salió el agua y se inundó el baño..

La tranquilidad del lugar

Estaria bien, que pudieran fumigar, ya que habia muchas hormigas que caian del techo. Salieron dos Cucarachas en la habitación.
