Spacious rooms , professional and friendly staff , breakfast.

For the money we paid, I expected the property to be maintained a bit better. Many wear and tear issues, etc ... European prices but not European standards .

The cottage was great overlooking the pool which was good . The main manager was super sorting a major money prob . Thank you.

The attitude of the front reception staff when we arrived . Being asked full payment before we arrived and being a late booking monies via Uk bank had not arrive when we go there. They should take international card payment on arrival instead of demanding full up payment. This a main management prob. . The staff in the restaurant need training on being courteous and greeting guests as they arrive for meals , opening bottles instead of dumping them on the table, checking all okay during meal, stop chatting by the till etc etc. They even told us to stop playing a simple card game , whilst waiting for a meal , as it will upset other guests !! A word at reception and next day we played cards!! There was a plate etc on the ground outside one of the cottages which stayed there the whole time we were there gathering ants !! There is a wall near to the cash desk in the restaurant that was very dirty where staff stand chatting with hands on the wall . Generally not impressed with staff in that area.

Surrounded by tropical vegetation and set away from the streets full of rubbish. Nice fresh clean rooms and bathroom

I skipped the pool - the water looked a bit cloudy for my liking. No fresh coffee - only pac=kets of nescafe and hot water

The hospitality is amazing! The ambience is exceptional, loved the stay. Staff, food, cleanliness and the location it is situated, everything deserves 5 star.
