Chinatown Hotel Chicago

Bien ubicado, muy cerca del metro y a pocas estaciones del Loop. Es lo más barato cerca del centro, por lo que si vas con poco presupuesto es muy bueno. Los que atendían muy amables.

No tiene ascensor, hay que subir y bajar maletas sin ninguna ayuda. La cama muy incómoda. No hacen aseo durante la estadía, falta donde dejar la basura y pedir papel higiénico. La calidad de gente que se queda… no siempre es la mejor. Nos tocó una señora que se puso a gritar que le habían robado un bolso, portados iban y venían. Escuchamos que el encargado le decía que tomara sus cosas rápido y se fuera. Esto no sucedió, la vimos muchas veces más en el pasillo, y aunque no hubo más grito, nos enterábamos cada vez que salía con sus portazos. Un mal pasajero le puede pasar a cualquier hotel, pero la no solución es lo que molesta.

I like that the room was newly renovated and the bed was decent. Excellent location for where I was staying at and the staff was helpful. The price was great!

They didn't put a blanket on the bed on the first night, no remote for the heater/AC (but didn't need it because of decent weather), TV didn't work (no channels)

I don't like there's not a table lamp, microwave or a mini fridge in the room... As well as no elevator..

Great location, clean room, helpful staff

Stay as far away from this place as possible... The businesses surrounding it are great, the restaurant next door is some of the best food I've ever had. We booked for an ADA room... there is no elevator, there is no ADA room... Our "ADA" room was on the 2nd floor, up a 2 level flight of stairs. The first room they gave us, was a disaster, quite literally garbage on the floor and towels hanging from the windows. (that's not a joke.) DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL... stay half a block away at the Jaslin Hotel, which is a proper hotel and not a hovel that also pretends to be a hotel.

My first time at this hotel, nice staff nice room my only issue is there is no elevator and having to walk up several flights of stairs was no fun especially being disabled.
