H10 Tenerife Playa

Ubicación muy buena, en el paseo marítimo, las comidas muy buenas, hay gran variedad también, aunque en el almuerzo falta un poco de variedad. El trato del personal, la verdad es que se portaron genial con nosotros y muy amables. Las piscinas geniales y el jacuzzi lo mejor. El poder comer en la terraza viendo las vistas a la playa y la isla, un lujo.

No me podría quejar de nada, pero si que es verdad que habría que hacer un cambio en las camas porque hacen ruido y con cualquier movimiento que hagas se separan una de la otra. La ducha estaba genial pero se salía el agua por fuera.

The hotel is at one end of the seaside pedestrianised promenade in Puerto de la Cruz. As such, it offers a prime location to explore the town and the seafront amenities. It is a very clean, spacious property with good 4* facilities. The pool area is particularly pleasant. Our only concern was the food quality, which we did not consider matched the 4* rating. We were on half board, but you get the same food as those on an all-inclusive tariff, which was pared down to an obviously low cost. Many guests ate there, so maybe they were happy with what was offered for the price they paid. So the choice for us if we go again would be whether to go bed and breakfast, or half board, and opt for lunch rather than dinner. That way you can eat away from the hotel at one of the many cafes, bars, and restaurants, which offer good food at reasonable prices. There is an A la Carte restaurant which is for "Privilege" guests, which was very good. Another issue for us was that there were no price lists in the bar area. For all-inclusive guests, that probably doesn't matter, but for us, it was so annoying that we never drank there.

Me gustó lo cómoda que era la cama, el tamaño de la televisión. Las vistas del balcón. El personal, atención exquisita, buena organización del personal que atendía el comedor y me gustó mucho como vi el trato a las personas mayores. La piscina y las vistas del solarium estupendas. Un hotel amplio y cómodo. Me fui muy contenta.

Zentral gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal.

Die Zimmertür war sehr ringhörig. Ab 09:00 Uhr war das Zimmerpersonal in den Gängen sehr laut.
