Nice lobby and breakfast offered variety

Was allocated a room beside a lift, which kept waking me up all night. When i raised it in the morning, staff were dismissive. I then also followed up with an email and received a similarly dismissive email from the front office manager.

This is a lovely classical luxurious hotel: beautifully decorated, large rooms, very clean. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel!!! The location is very central: a 10 minute walk to the central train station.

Unfortunately the bar was never open: even at 23hours already closed, so we had to go to a nearby pub for a drink. Luckily there are about 5 pubs just next door to the hotel.
