Good location, bed was very comfortable, was warm however was a bit aged, renovations would make it excellent as location and staff were very friendly and helpful

Fantastic location for both city centre and transport- loved the 5 minute walk to the FREE CAT central Perth bus services. Also short ( vertical) walk to the beautiful KinGSPark gardens. Really well equipped for self catering. Lovely helpful receptionist. Wonderful views over Swan River from 4th floor corner apartment (401) and watched the parrots nibbling the palms at eye level from the balcony.

All good- a few minor repairs ahead such as air con and a bit faded but clean and comfortable.

“Honestly, the hotel looked quite nice from the outside, but the actual experience inside the room was disappointing. The room was not very clean and had a strong musty smell as soon as we walked in. The bathroom amenities were very limited — only two small bars of soap were provided, with no shampoo or conditioner at all. The coffee-making facilities were also incomplete as there was no milk provided in the fridge. The room lighting was quite dim, making the room feel even less comfortable. Another major issue was the parking. The hotel parking was full every day, so we had to park outside and walk quite a long distance back to the hotel, which was very inconvenient, especially after a long day. Overall, the stay did not match the expectations based on the appearance of the hotel.”
