Comfortable Large rooms

Train noise including its horn at all hours of the night

Very close to the City which is what we wanted

Large spacious room

The bed was rock hard, we hardly slept a wink

The location the rooms size was big

Where to start... the whole room was grimy and dirty. The walls were dirty with run marks where people had spilt things, dirty hand prints everywhere, the area around the light switches was filthy. The shower was so dirty I didnt want to get in it, black mould on the wall above the shower cubicle. There were no forks supplied. The toaster and kettle were also filthy and needed scrubbing. I had to clean the tv screen so I could see it properly. The air conditioner was broken and literally had bits hanging out of it. The chair had no support and you literally sat into the dining chair. They stapled the bed wraps to the bedfame.mattress so hard i couldnt sleep, was like sleeping on the floor. Its probably the worst room I've ever stayed in. Just because its priced at the cheaper end doesn't mean it can't be clean.

Great communication with room pin etc emailed. Large room, clean and good location.
