bequemes Bett, großzügiges Zimmer, Toilette und Bad getrennt, Dusche und Wanne und 2 Waschbecken, reichhaltiges Frühstück in einem Wintergarten freundliches Personal

das Zimmer hatte eine Zwischentür ins Nachbarzimmer, leider waren in der letzten Nacht Gäste im angrenzendem Zimmer, die lange sehr laut waren und der Schall durch die Tür nicht gedämmt wurde.

"Koelkastje op de kamer"

Wij zijn tevreden! Er zijn voldoende gratis parkeerplaatsen. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Je krijgt een uitgebreid ontbijt. Er zijn voldoende stopcontacten voor onze opladers. Er is een badkamer met een ruime douche en een aparte wc. Lekkere douche. Koelkastje op de kamer. Vriendelijk personeel.

De locatie was prima en inchecken verliep snel.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Voor aankomst ontving ik een phishingbericht via WhatsApp met mijn volledige naam, telefoonnummer, hotelnaam en reserveringsdata. Het hotel gaf zelf aan dat veel gasten hetzelfde hebben meegemaakt, maar er was geen waarschuwing of communicatie richting gasten gestuurd. Mijn zorgen over privacy en mogelijke datalekken werden niet serieus genomen. Daarnaast was de kamer niet netjes: vocht-/schimmelplekken op het plafond, een vieze Nespresso-machine en vlekken op de handdoeken.

"Pourquoi cet hôtel est classé 4 étoiles ?"

Proximité de l’autoroute

Le service est très minime, les chambres sont très vielles et la nôtre avait une moquette usée et sale. À notre arrivée, il n’y avait pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. L’hôtel ne comporte pas de piscine non plus. Des petits Snacks sont disponibles à la réception mais à un prix astronomique de 3,50€ le tout petit paquet de chips. La salle de bain fait très hôpital, avec un faux plafond plein de poussière, Un seul petit shampoing est fourni pour 2 personnes, près de la baignoire sinon c’est sur le distributeur de la douche qu’il faut aller. Le plus surprenant est qu’on ai réservé cet hôtel plusieurs mois a l’avance, à un prix de 198€ pour une simple chambre Lit jumeaux, en étant Genius niveau 3. Le jour même, nous vérifions les prix par curiosité, et la suite Junior était à 175€. Notre chambre, identique, à 135€. Nous nous sommes vraiment senti arnaqué. Bref, il y a d’autres hôtels dans la région.
