I strongly recommend this hotel. The property is clean, with convenient parking and a high-quality breakfast. The staff is highly professional and courteous, both at reception and in the dining area. There is also an excellent restaurant on site. To my delight, I found balloons and chocolates in my room on my birthday. The hospitality was exceptional. If you are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

Wat een sympathiek personeel. De receptioniste vroeg of dit mijn 1ste bezoek aan Grand Hotel was, zodat ze mij wat uitgebreider ging informeren. Ik had online een vraag gesteld om eerder in te mogen checken omdat mijn nichtje trouwde in Amstelkerk, Oudekerk aan de Amstel. Toen ik om 13 u aankwam was mijn kamer al gereed! Dit was zo helpend voor mij zodat ik op tijd in de Amstelkerk kon zijn. Kamer 525 was een ruime kamer met aparte toilet van de badkamer. Ik begreep eerst niet hoe je de lichten aanhield, maar dat was weer snel begrepen. De prijs was echt heel laag voor Randstad begrippen (EU 89,- per nacht). De weg van de feestlocatie naar Grand Hotel was wel wat via kleine weggetjes en in het donker was het soms wel spannend (Let op... Ik drink niet!). Ik vind Grand Hotel een pracht locatie om te verblijven en zou zo weer voor dit hotel kiezen!

Onwijs lieve receptioniste! Nam alle tijd voor je, kwam met tips en was erg geïnteresseerd. Echt iemand met een hart voor haar werk!

Enorme drukte in de ontbijtzaal. Personeel kon het amper aan.
