DE ruime kamer, het comfort, vriendelijk personeel

Nou mijn kamer 118 was boven het terras, daar gingen de gesprekken tot diep in de nacht door, geen personeelslid aan de balie te bekennen, ik vind het een fout beleid dat mensen daar de hele nacht mogen zitten, praten, lachen, terwijl het management heel goed weet dat mensen in de kamers daarboven daar last van hebben. Je gaat naar een hotel om te slapen, dat was niet mogelijk, je krijgt dan het ontbijt gratis aangeboden, maar dat weegt niet op tegen een slap en vermoeid gevoel voor de rest van de dag. het is verder een prima hotel, maar ik kom daar niet meer. Dus mocht u daar ooit boeken, kijk uit waar u terecht komt. Ik neem de moeite om dit te schrijven, maar ik vermoed dat het niet eens gelezen wordt.

Sobe, zajtrk, osebje

Cena, lokacija je precej izven centra ampak je javni prevoz relativno blizu (bus do letališča pred hotelom, tramvaj 15 min peš, dobra navodila na recepciji)

Our flight was cancelled and Easyjet sent us here for 1 night. Easyjet did however complicate things by not actually booking us in. However receptionist Sammy was amazing, she completely went above and beyond to help us. She was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Sammy, you are a star 🌟
