Location was perfect. The fellow that met us at the door was kind, friendly and accommodating. The early check on was really appreciated! The bed was clean and the water pressure was good.

The room was not clean, the air conditioning could not keep up to the heat(the weather does play a factor but other boys we stayed at had no issue) the curtains were thin, mismatched and stained(if you replaced them with light blocking it would help summer and winter. The floors were stained, the furniture and fixtures need replacement. The tiles were chipped, broken or had holes. The shower doors don't close(which likely contributes to the water damaged doors). There was mildew and hair.

This is a scam. A day before checking in, I received a WhatsApp message from the CconfortHotels Appartamento Cavour, with a link to confirm my stay. After I clicked on the link, it was asking me to pay 200 euros to confirm my stay (Original price I paid was 62.70 euros). On the day, I went to the location, but it was impossible to check in. The place looked like a block of flats, rather than a hotel, and I didn't receive any instructions for checking in. There was a CconfortHotel nearby, but everything was shut. I've been trying to contact the hosts using the number provided, but nobody was answering. It was approx. 4pm, so not nighttime hours or anything. I ended up booking a room in a different hotel.

I was unable to check in. This was a scam.

El baño es bastante amplio y la cama muy cómoda

Las cortinas son muy pequeñas y no entra la luz. La mampara del baño tiene una parte rota y había que tener cuidado para que no se saliera el agua.

De airconditioning deed het niet met 30 graden. Ik heb daardoor een vreselijke nacht gehad en niet geslapen. De wifi werkte niet, het doucheputje was verstopt waardoor ik niet langer dan 2 minuten kon douchen en er was alleen een piepklein raampje wat half open kon en uitkwam op een dichte ruimte tussen muren. Ik heb contact gezocht met de klantenservice en er werd gezegd dat het verstopte putje zou worden doorgegeven aan een monteur. Op mijn vraag over de airconditioning werd niet gereageerd. Toen ik om 19:30 nog niks gehoord had en een bericht sturen, kreeg ik een automatisch antwoord met dat de sluitingstijd om 18:00 was Ook was er heel veel onduidelijkheid over het inchecken en kreeg ik niemand te pakken op de nummers die bij hun gegevens staan. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n nare ervaring gehad bij het huren van een appartement.
