I like staying in my hotel room, was quiet and the bed was comfortable

No toilet freshener or toilet freshener spray in the bathroom area and sometimes toilet can smell bad after use

Proximity to pub.

Could have been cleaner.

It was clean close to the venue that I had to attend. Coffee and Tea was supplied . Clean towels . Clean bathroom completely soap, moisturiser, shampoo and conditioner supplied.Comfortable bed easy parking . Staff were lovely on checking and checkout.

They had a pod machine for coffee but didn’t work. Mould on ceiling . This minor things.

The pub across the road was the only saving grace.

Rooms smelt bad, stains on both mattresses, wasn’t well cleaned and rooms were not made up on second day

The location is fairly central and easy to access.

The room we booked was run down. While the bathroom was mostly up to date and well maintained there were lots of small cockroaches and other bugs skittering around. The room was dusty. The curtains were dusty and the venetian blind cords were tangled and in the up position. I had to untangle the cords myself to let the venetian blinds down so that the room was darkened from the street lights outside. When the blinds were dropped dust fell all over the bed, causing my son and I to have a sneezing fit. One of the blankets was covered in some kind of dark stain. The main window which looked out to traffic couldn't lock properly and we had to wedge it shut so keep the noise from the main road out.
