I can check-in & out without having to interact with reception, which makes it easier to leave at odd times (late evening or very early morning) and the room was well equipped.

It is a bit far off from the city center (about 30ish min from Waterloo and like 5-10 min more from Hauptbanhof) but there is a station nearby at walking distance. Given the conditions of the room, I did find it fairly expensive but demand was high elsewhere so that likely played a large factor.
