Island Cottage Inn - Adults Only

We had never been to Flagler Beach and chose it as we were looking for a nearby location. We hit the jackpot with the Island Cottage Inn! Kathy and Tim could not have been nicer, more hospitable or welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a quick tour of the property and keys to our room. We stayed in Suite 3. The room is beautiful and was perfect for us. As this is an Inn, the rooms and bathrooms are smaller but well appointed. The bed was comfy, towels were thick, the robes were comfy too. The free breakfast in the mornings is fantastic! Do not pass up the hash brown casserole. It’s DIVINE! Same for the banana bread. I wish Publix would keep the hashbrown casserole in their frozen section! The pool loungers are thickly padded with large, thick towels and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The beach is right across the street and everything you need for the beach is provided. The mini refrigerator had GOOD beer in it for a ridiculously low price. Kathy recommended several excellent places for dinner and she did not mislead us.

Super clean, charming spot. The owners live on site and are very happy to help with any requests. They have a book nook and games, a nonheated pool, bikes to borrow, and beach chairs. Plenty of restaurants in the area, but not really walking distance. May seem pricey but worth the splurge.

Lovely place! Great design, spotlessly clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Quiet and calm ambience. It’s right across the street from a great beach. Tasty banana bread and yoghurt/fruit breakfast! It’s close to some interesting restaurants. We hope to return again soon.

Our stay was fabulous and the hosts went out of their way to be helpful and make it special. The location was nice and we loved riding bikes and walking on the beach. I would highly recommend a stay!

We had a wonderful night stay here. We were in room one which is a lovely big room with partial views to the ocean. The style and decoration of the room was very attractive. Right across the road is a gorgeous beach which was basically empty. A really great walking beach nice and wide and flat. It was also nice that A1A at this area is very slow and not much traffic. Super easy to cross the street. But highly recommend!

Island Cottage Inn is a little gem! My wife and I stayed for her birthday and we had a wonderful welcome from the new owners. We had booked a picnic and the set up and food was just perfect. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped and the location is quite but close to the main Flagler Beach restaurants and activities. There is private beach access and the beach is left to its natural beauty. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and the breakfast area is a neat way to start the day. Couldn't recommend this higher!

Island Cottage Inn is a cool Inn at Flagler Beach, offering a tranquil escape with a fantastic oceanfront location. The inn provides easy private beach access, and from many rooms, you can enjoy wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Room 4 is beautifully appointed, having been recently updated with modern amenities and fire place. I would like to note the comfort of the large beds and the overall cleanliness of the accommodations. Beyond the lovely setting and rooms, Kathy and cleaning staff make it a great experience. Friendly and attentive staff create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful rooms. Beautiful location. A calm, quiet, and peaceful vibe you will find here. The moment I walked in, I was sorry that I didn't book more nights. I want to go back.
