"Big hotel on a major arterial road in Melbourne suburbs. Comfortable and fairly cheap"

Car park was unavailable although we were told that there was undercover car parking when booking. Pay car park outside was confusing to use and we found it difficult to make payment.

The expectation and staff were wonderful and accommodating, it was my first solo trip and I felt so safe and cared for, it was such a wonderful experience. I would love to come back if given the opportunity.

There were no cutlery in the apartments and I felt bad asking for it.
