Kasa Arlington Dallas

The carpet was filthy and we could not walk barefoot. Stains on the couch, bathroom cabinets and walls. Location was great but would not recommend this property!

The rooms were clean and put together but even with additional instructions the locations of room set ups were confusing.

Good bed, very nicely appointed room. Felt like I was staying in a nice hotel! Excellent access to ATT stadium (30 min walk) and downtown Arlington restaurants and bars are all around. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Kasa! Also-- When I arrived, I had a small issue that was immediately dealt with by texting the Kasa number, nice to know there are representatives ready to help.

The elevator was not working and there was no one to report this too. There was no lobby or office to speak to anyone if you had questions.

The property was amazing! Only draw back was the elevator didn’t work the entire stay.

We arrived and followed the check in instructions, only to find out that the elevator was broken and our unit was on the 5th floor. Not ideal for someone recently recovering from knee surgery. They knew the call box to get into the building was broken and noted it so this should have been noted too. The trash hadn’t been taken out in our unit. And then the next day returning to the unit discovered the key fob battery was low in the remote so we couldn’t open the parking garage gate

Great experience and stay my favorite was the view of the balcony and the thermostat quiet area

Property was nice and clean. Had some hiccups with check in but easily resolved. Loved my stay. Will stay again.
