We arrived in the middle of the night with our bus and for a small fee we would do an early check in which was very welcoming! a/c works well, free water downstairs and a hot shower. Room was cleaned every day

When checkin in we did not got the junior suite as we booked but got downgraded to a double bedroom. reason was that the suite was only for long stays…. confused to why we could book it then. Now we also overpayed.. we had to go back to ask for basic things like extra toiletpaper. Just put a few extra in the room. it was also very dusty at a lot of places. Bathroom doesn’t have a sink sadly.
