Booneslick Lodge - Neosho

Staff was very nice and accommodating for me,when I needed to switch my room last minute. Location was perfect for me, plenty of restaurants around if you need to eat. I was out of town for a wedding so it worked for what I needed.

Bed was outdated, no free breakfast like website said. My TV didn't work.

My room was very dirty an the fact the owner come to my room while I was asleep an my wife an mother in-law was outside smoking he went to open the door even though I had the do not disturb sign up and accused me of smoking weed when I absolutely do not an accused me of smoking cigarettes in my room when everyone at the motel seen us going in an out to go outside to smoke and the lamp at the bedside was broke so we had to screw an unscrew the light bulb burning our fingers and we paid for queen beds an got 2 full size beds I run a hotel I know what's size is what when it comes to the beds an yet we was charged for 2 queens that wasn't queens and our bathroom was gross an our tub was green absolutely disgusting

They were very accommodating, we accidentally booked a smoking room and did not like it so they immediately switched us with no fuss. Also, my husband was SUPER thrilled about the $1 ice cream selection they had.

Pillows were not comfortable at all. That was our only dislike.

Location.

It was dirty. The minute we entered, the door got stuck open. We couldn't close it. I called the front desk. He said just push it hard. We did, and it completely broke the door. We stayed with a broken door for 2 days because we already paid. Anyway, we won't be back. It's too run down. Windows are broken and its just gross. Despite what the internet claims, it does NOT serve breakfast or any kind.

Good location

The air conditioner doesn’t work very well and the continental breakfast they say they have doesn’t exist.
