This hotel is great!

The people are amazing!! My room was clean and big.

Advertised as all rooms non-smoking. The room reeked! Were the ashtrays removed just last week? It took me all day to get over the pain in my chest and irritated sinuses. After a mostly sleepless night. Glad I could post a picture of all the "out of order" signs in the breakfast nook. This is my second bad experience with Super8 in as many stays. Won't ever do it again.

When I book hotels I always check to see if I have an option of free breakfast or no free breakfast. I have been booking hotels for decades. This hotel both through its own website and through booking.com offered two choices once you chose the type of room you wanted. You could choose the free breakfast every morning or for about $25 less a day give or take you could choose the no free breakfast. I chose free breakfast and paid my extra good hard-earned money for my friend to stay here this weekend because she has an event she needs to be a part of. Not only has she told me of sub quality rooms which I expect from Motel 6 and that's why I myself personally refuse to stay in them anymore, but she also told me that for all the extra money I paid I'm getting ripped off because she's not being allowed free breakfast. Some child that thinks they're an adult has been telling her everything is broken we can't offer breakfast. Then how about offering a partial refund you know like proper adults do when they want to be honest and they want to keep their customers? Anyone traveling to Shawnee do not, I mean absolutely do not stay at this place there they love to lie to you because they don't know how to be honest adults here they will steal your money . They will make you pay extra money for a free breakfast that they're not intelligent enough to ever give you.

Me and my girls were there for a softball tournament. Location wasn’t too far from the fields. Great location with lots of things and places to eat in surrounding area. The girls and I were absolutely happy with our stay and will stay again if ever back at this softball facility to play.

They need maintenance as well as spraying for roaches. Very discusting

Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

The room was great, very quite, and easy for walking the pups. The only thing that we dont like at this point even during christmas travels is the pet deposit has not been returned after our stay, office staff said that after they clean the room the deposit would be returned.
