The room was freezing cold, with no blankets. I went down to ask for some during the night, but they didn't have any. The bed was uncomfortable enough.

I had a disappointing experience at this property. When I arrived, they checked my passport and then assigned me to a very messy dorm where long-term guests were staying. The room and bathroom were not clean at all. What felt unfair is that I paid the same price as other guests from Europe and the USA, but the room quality given to me was clearly different. Allocation should be based on availability and booking — not on nationality or passport. Every traveler deserves equal treatment and the same hygiene standards. I hope the management improves fairness and cleanliness for future guests.

The bar area is amazing , everyday there is an activity for all, shows , karaoke, even drag show 😅, loved it

Good location, the staff is so friendly and helpful, value is excellent. We would stay again if the price point stayed the same

The shower and sink don’t drain at all and when we asked for it to be fixed someone came in with muddy shoes while we were gone and just pulled up the drain cover, which did nothing to help because it was still clogged.
