Das Personal war nett. Der Zimmer Ausstattung war auch gut.

In dem Zimmer, das man uns zugewiesen hatte, funktionierte die Dusche nicht richtig, und das Duschwasser lief nicht richtig durch den Abfluss ab; nach dem Duschen stand der Bereich, in dem sich das Badezimmer befand, unter Wasser. Und das Schlafzimmer, das man uns zugewiesen hatte, roch stark nach Abwasser; wir mussten jedes Mal die Fenster öffnen, wenn wir das Zimmer betraten. Es war sehr unangenehm.

Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage war nachts nicht möglich und keine Hilfe

It was very nice how they had treats for our dogs, bowls and a towel mat.

When we arrived the reception staff barely acknowledged our existence, so not the warmest welcome. The room’s AC wasn’t working and it was humid, hot and stuffy. We had to sleep with both the balcony door open as well as the room door ajar to allow for some airflow. We suffered a very long night with very little sleep due to this. We would have changed rooms were it not late at night that we had arrived after a long few hours of driving and with two very tired dogs. Sleeping with the window open also meant we had cigarette smoke from one of the rooms below blow upstream into our room… None of the electrical sockets worked so we couldn’t charge our phones overnight.
