It's a really nice appartement: - Fully equipped - Nice furniture - Great location in the old town. Almost everything is in walking distance.

The check in process needs to be improved a lot: - Requested ID photos only few hours before arrival. We had to use a lot of roaming data from our mobile phone. Could be easly prevented by sending a message at the time of the booking instead of just before arrival. - Despite information provided by the staff, the parking spot has a height limit of approx 2.3m. cannot be used if you have a van. - We could not use the parking space due to height limit. The staff was friendly but did not help. We had to find a solution one our own. It was unnecessarily frustrating and stressful. The area can be noisy at night.
