"Big and grand hotel showing its age"

The hello kitty kids room was big and comfortable. However, its age is showing with visible wear and tear. Staff were very helpful.

1. Playground at level 6 was big but not much inside. 2. Casino had a big no smoking sign but there were Chinese men lighting up and the staff did nothing about it.
