The staff are wonderful like family friendly helpful they really make it feel like home. Maria and the two gentlemen who work morning shift absolutely make the hotel great..

The only thing I didn't and don't like and that's with all Wyndham s that damn pancake maker nobody want pancakes. My recommendation get a waffle maker.

Bed was comfortable

I told the staff that I booked the room 2 weeks early and had requested a free crib when I booked and when I did the online check in and had asked if I could get that. They told me they knew they had them but they had to look in storage. Okay, cool that’s fine. But when I came back at the end of the night, they told me it was already rented out but it was obvious they were lying and just didn’t want to go get it. I would understand if I had booked the room just a couple days before coming but I had requested it 2 weeks prior. Me and 2 other people waited forever for the night staff to come to the front desk even after each of us pushed the doorbell button multiple times. Someone had to yell for him. Besides the unreliable staff, there was a bag with what looked like a molded men’s tank top under the mattress… And there was something that was concerning that may or not have been something with the hotel but as my boyfriend and I had laid our heads down and closed our eyes to sleep, there was a very bright flash of light almost like lighting struck in our room. Since neither of us had our eyes open, we have no idea where such a bright flash would have come from. It was not storming that night either.
