Travel from Auckland arrived round 10.30ish night time, room was perfect temperature as I had my 2 year old son, bed so so comfortable shower had a very strong pressure, what topped it up more was sky movies on TV, love the experience thank u staff....

Loved everything

Breakfast was affordable. Rooms were clean. Staff were awesome and friendly.

Beds broke often. First room the bed broke twice so got moved to another room. The bed in the new room broke again. They broke just by sitting onto the beds. Were advised breakfast was 6 am to 10am. Went out at 9am only to be told to go to novotel for breakfast as they had packed up.

- Loved the location and how close it was to everything - Front reception staff were super lovely and polite - lots of parking spaces - could cast to the tv

- more run down than we expected - an alarm had been going off since 2am in the room next to us which kept my partner up all night. I called reception to advise them and they said someone would be up to take a look but no one did and even after going out for a couple hours and coming back it still was going off and took us to ask the housekeeping staff and they managed to get it sorted for us - duvet had so many feathers coming out and also sticking through the duvet and was quite sore - managed to use the chrome cast for awhile before it stopped working and took a couple hours before we could get it going again
