Excellent service, beautiful surroundings in the hotel, Big breakfast but not complimentary. Big gym, good parking service, $38/ day. Great location for Place des Arts and Place des Jardins. Excellent maid service, very clean and well maintained

Floor in room is not carpet, wood or tile. I needed my slippers it was not comfortable. Great coffee machine but wish tea was available with the coffee. The room did not have information about restaurants, menus, hours or prices. A general information booklet would be greatly appreciated. Not even completely available on line.

Great location

Staff especially manger’s are difficult and not very easy to deal with. Simple situation turned complicated very quickly and leaves customers to ensure they don’t get double charged for their stay. If I wasn’t getting balance alerts they wouldn’t have noticed my paying twice for the room. That is very concerning and then to get a room upgrade for the inconvenience was next to impossible again by management. Don’t want to publish direct names for the moment.
