"The friendly, helpful staff made up for what the room lacked."

1st floor, window opened, friendly helpful staff, clean room, easy todrive inti & park.

Only chair was one desk chair so no seating. Very noisy bathroom fan, no shelves or counter space, not even a hook for clothing in bathroon. No grab bars for getting in or out of tub shower. It was not a safe place for an elderly person to shower!

The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The Parking lot was clean and didn’t make me worry about leaving my truck there. Would stay again. And recommend it

The staff is incredible. Very friendly and helpful. Location is good for our needs.

They have gone down hill since covid. Breakfast is terrible and not worth putting that fact into the overall offer. Rooms aren't that clean and they have their beds on metal stands which you kick all the time and if its in the middle of the night your partner is definitely going to be rudely awakened. Tv remote is hard to use. Refrigerator freezes everything. When using microwave it is so small and it is on a slippery surface so when you go to push any button it slides all over the place. There is no privacy curtains so therefore you can't not get natural light into the room unless you want everyone looking at you that goes by. I have stayed here many times when I come into Redding but this will be the last time for sure.

Room was clean.

You could hear the neighboring rooms and hallways so it made it hard to sleep. Luckily, you could not hear the road. Skipped breakfast here, it did not look good.
