"It was overall a good stay at a great price but I might skip staying in Redding next time I travel haha."

No issues with the property itself and the staff was great.

The location of the city of Redding. There were so many ticks by the gravel area along the side of the property. I didn’t realize Redding had such a tick problem. The ticks caused some stress during the stay but the room was nice and the staff were great.

"Great for a quick overnight stay."

It was clean, the rooms contained a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. The air conditioner worked well the bed was comfortable the water pressure in the shower was great. The swimming pool water was clean and the swimming sunbathing area was well maintained.

The rooms were small and cramped, the sinks water pressure was extremely low so I ended up using the water from the shower to wash my hands and fill the dog's dish. The free breakfast was just so-so not quite what I expected but it was enough to get something in my stomach.

"Just want to say kudos to Thomas that was working the front desk"

Thomas that was working the front desk when we did a late check in after having a bad bad experience with the booking at another hotel made The Experience exceptional. He turned What was a bad evening into an amazing evening, so kudos to Thomas

We did experience an Asian lady throwing garbage out of her car into the parking lot and tried to get her to pick it up and almost cut ran over
