"Lovely staff, less lovely stay."

The staff was always kind and courteous. I accidentally booked the wrong type of room and they were gladly able to accommodate. Housekeeping was spot on and brought us fresh towels out of the dryer. They were still warm! The beds were comfortable and the room was cheap, which was nice for the unexpected trip out there.

The building had a funky smell to it. We actually slept with the window open to air it out. It just felt dirty all the way around. People were constantly cleaning and I saw the carpet being shampooed, but the feeling of filth didn't go away. We woke up early to travel and found several cockroaches too. The staff is the only reason I didn't give it a worse rating.

"We know can take a shower because the shower is dark"

The property look good out side every time that we go West Virginia we rent a motel by this time. The place is today. The bathroom is nasty.
