I didn’t like the staff I didn’t like the people I didn’t like the cleaning people. I didn’t like the fact that there was no Wi-Fi. It was the worst day ever the people at the front desk were the worst people ever.

I didn’t have the mini breakfast. Bed was comfortable, king and 1 st floor, no elevator. Internet not working. Restaurants close by, also a grocery store.

Night Auditor and morning front desk.

These staff members are not allowed to have Merchant ID to call on Credit Cards to get voice authorization. No one knew anything. Could not give property owners phone number out, could not math on line place of room. Had to cancel my reservations and auditor had to treat me like a walk in. Manger had no business cards, staff no uniforms just NOT what is expected of hotel. Manger was called by phone at 1030 am to ask about rate match and it was such a problem for her. What happened to Customer Service??? Will not stay there again and will inform friends, family and business owners to stay clear!
