I am giving 2 stars because the hotel does not tell you that they charge for parking. We prepaid online for the hotel and when we got there they took our credit card for incidentals. Nothing at all was mentioned about a parking fee. No signs in the lobby or on the door entering the hotel. Once I saw the fee on my credit card (2.50 per day) I called and asked about it. They don't do refunds even though this is a hidden, non-disclosed fee. They say they rely on the third party websites that allow reserving their hotel to disclose the fee. They can't be held responsible for that even though they make 0 effort to disclose it on site. I have never seen a hotel in a suburban type area charge for parking unless they have covered or garage parking and I have stayed here before without the charge (2+ years ago)

Dirty, broken appliances plugs broken shades wouldn’t go all the way down couch was dirty floors were dirty trash was still in room bathroom was dirty I didn’t stay

A good breakfast, accessible to other restaurants, friendly and helpful staff
